Hornyak’s Kitchen takes you on a gastronomical journey inspired by Asian and Spanish flavours, and unique gourmet sausages of Europe.

It offers take away dishes made from best New Zealand produce and artisan techniques. Richard and Ellen bring them together to create dishes that will please and make their customer happy.

A tasty, sweet and skinless Pampanga style gourmet sausage made from ground pork, spices and condiments.
Recommendations:
For a hearty breakfast, serve hot with egg and rice! Perfect with a cup of black coffee.
Tocino
Spanish for bacon, typically made from the pork belly and often formed into cubes. This is very popular in the Philippines with many variations.
Recommendations
Best served when hot paired with fresh/fried rice. Tastes great with a glass of red.
Filipino pork sausage originating from Cebu, Philippines. It is a type of hamonada (sweet) longganisa. They are distinctively red in color due to the use of achuete seeds.
Recommendations:
Usually fried or grilled and eaten with white rice, puso, or garlic rice for breakfast. Tastes great with a cup of hot beverage or a glass of red.
Hornyak’s Signature Hotdog (Tender and Juicy)
A tube-like case, typically red, containing meat that has been cut into very small pieces and mixed with spices. Typically sold raw to be grilled or fried before eating.
Recommendations:
Perfect for parties, entrée, snack or for breakfast. Serve hot.
