Richard Hornyak, born in Budapest, Hungary, is a 4th generation butcher who is passionate about the quality of his products and is dedicated to excellence in customer service.

Richard met his wife, Ellen in New Zealand. Ellen originally from The Philippines, came from the Pampanga province, known for delectable treats. She grew up surrounded by a family in love with creating delicious foods. Together, their shared passion in producing the Hornyak brand and are proud to share with the world.
